CLOVERS Shipping Policy

 

Every CLOVERS piece is made with intention. Our garments are produced upon order to honour our sustainability promise and avoid overproduction. Because of this, shipping times may vary depending on whether your item is a standard order or a preorder.


 

 

1. Shipping Availability

We currently ship within [insert your main region, e.g. the UK/Europe]. Worldwide shipping is not yet available, but we are working to make this option accessible to our community soon.

 


 

 

2. Order Processing

 

  • Standard orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days.
  • Preorders require 4–8 weeks for production before shipping. By placing a preorder, you agree to this extended timeframe as part of our sustainability promise.


 

 

 

3. Shipping Times

 

  • Local Orders: Typically arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Preorders: Please allow 4–8 weeks before dispatch, followed by the delivery timeframe above.


 

 

 

4. Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

 


 

 

5. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. CLOVERS is not liable for deliveries to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

 


 

 

6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to factors outside our control (e.g. weather, customs, courier issues). We appreciate your patience and understanding.

 


 

 

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

 

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at wayne@cloverclo.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
  • Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, CLOVERS cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend providing a secure delivery address and tracking your shipment closely.


 

 

 

8. P.O. Boxes

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address at checkout.

 


 

 

9. Changes to Orders

 

Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made. If you need to request an update, contact us immediately at wayne@cloverclo.com.
