CLOVERS Returns & Review Policy
Every CLOVERS piece is created with intention — produced upon order to honour our sustainability promise and avoid overproduction. We ask our community to purchase thoughtfully, using our size guides and product details to ensure the right choice. While we do not offer general refunds or exchanges, we recognise that issues can arise. That’s why we handle returns through a review process, considering each request individually. Damaged or incorrect orders will always be corrected promptly at no cost. This approach allows us to stay true to our values while treating every member of our community with fairness and care.
1. Returns & Exchanges
We do not operate a blanket return or refund system. Instead, all requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. This process reflects our commitment to sustainability and ensures any decisions are thoughtful and fair.
2. Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or is not the item you purchased, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include: your full name, order number, description of the issue, and clear photos.
Approved cases will be corrected at no extra cost to you.
3. Claim Process & Review
When we receive your request, our team will review the details and decide the best way forward. We take into account the nature of the issue, the condition of the product, and our sustainability commitments. Decisions are final, but always guided by fairness and respect for our community.
4. Timeframes
- Damaged or incorrect item claims: must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Other return requests: must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Requests made outside these windows may not be considered.
5. Shipping Costs
- If a return or exchange is approved for a damaged or incorrect item, CLOVERS covers all shipping costs.
- For other reviewed cases, the customer may be responsible for return shipping.
